Multimedia in Theory and Practice

Personal Comment: My best seller! Three editions...
Its co-authoring with 6 others (we formed then the "Multimedia labs authoring team), but I have written 40%, Stavros Demetriades 27% and less the others. However I made all the pre-press procedure and this was my first book with professional layout.
Content: In its time it covered almost everything. In 1996 multimedia just begun in Greece and this book was pioneering (and the only one). To its advantages the exercises per chapter and to its disadvantages some irrelevant chapters.
I don't recommend this book because its it outperformed by the new editions of the programs it describes. Eg it covers Photoshop version 2.5, but we are already at version 7 or 8 or whatever..!
It is recommended if you want to read the theory (that is not outdated as fast) or if you are collecting classic books (yes, it begun classic in its domain...)
